At Korean Study Cafe, we believe in celebrating your dedication and commitment to learning. Our scholarship program is designed to recognize top-performing students based on their participation and engagement, offering you credits toward your next level of classes!
How It Works
For every class, Korean Study Cafe allocates $10 per student into a scholarship pool. At the end of the 3-month course, we award the top-performing student(s) with the scholarship as a credit to apply toward their next class level.
Example:
- If there’s one winner out of 8 students, they’ll receive $80.
- If multiple students tie—for example, all 8 students—they’ll each receive $10.
This is our way of supporting your language-learning journey and rewarding your hard work!
Scholarship Criteria
We focus on effort and consistency—not just test scores. Here’s what we consider:
- Attendance Rate: Regularly showing up for your classes.
- Assignment Submission: Completing and turning in your homework on time.
- Participation in Group Activities: Engaging actively in class discussions and teamwork.
❗️Note: Quizzes and test scores are not part of the criteria. Why? Because we believe that consistent effort is more important than perfection when it comes to mastering a language.
